It's her fifth week and on Friday, 9th of August, 2013 she will be one month old. I went and met her last Saturday and i could see her growing at a fast past. The frequency of sleepless nights for Rinku has increased. It seems dear daughter has decided to give everyone around her good. she would not lie down on the bed and would cry her heart out if left alone. She would not sleep the whole night keeping her poor mother awake and would only sleep when the day breaks. Somebody from my family rightly predicated that night-born-babies would not sleep at night.
She kept sleeping the whole Saturday and ignored my calling for wake up. However I tried to wake her up she did not bother. When I asked for the reasons for this seachange I was told that she has had a good bath and a nice massage from the skilled hands of her Nani. She feels relaxed after it. What life, I wondered!

When she woke up and I hurriedly went to see her I could see she would carelessly look into me with her eye as if saying "who the hell is he!". She initially did not mind when I picked her up and started rocking into my arms but this grace lasted only till she almost conveyed enough is enough! I ran to Rinku to rescue me from her wrath, she kept crying until I timidly handed her over to her Mom. That's not fare girl! I am your dad, I am no Dracula .
Had to meet my relative on Sunday but I just could not go out of the house leaving my little one. I kept trying hard so that she could tolerate me. Bhaiya said infants can only see short distance and would recognize voice only. Well that was believable!
The hardest part is when I had to leave her in Pune and come to Mumbai. It was Sunday evening when I decided to return back telling her in my mind dad will be back soon dear daughter!
