Week 38 - Daughter Diary

It’s been a pretty happening week when Ridhima got her next pair of teeth adorning her upper gum-set. It goes without saying that she is growing mischievous in every way possible. She will bite your hand if you stop her watch T.V. or stop her do what she wants to do. She has now learnt to wave her tiny little hands when she wants to call somebody close. She could now clap while she is fast asleep.

There are three things that she recognizes by name and they are : Pankha kahan hai? (Where is the fan?), Kabootar kahan hai? (Where is the pigeon?) And Babu kahan hai? (Where is the baby?). Yes! She has got her fascination for of things a poster of a baby in our bedroom.

She had not been into her elements a week ago when she would look pale with cough and cold. Not anymore! She is now into best of her spirits. She lets you know it by throwing tantrums and making her grandma’s life difficult.

It has now become impossible for us to keep her indoors in the morning when she would cry to go to the terrace with her grandma. In the evening she makes our lives miserable if we do not take her for an evening walk. NO! She does not walk she enjoys watching us walk sitting comfortably into our lap.

It is now pretty obvious that Ridhima will make our lives tougher when her grandma and grandpa leave for village.
