Today is Saraswati Puja and it is an unknown festival for people living in this part of the world. It brings about a lot of happy memories of the past when we used to wait for this for the whole year. Saraswati Puja was the only festival where young children used to command and organise everything, right from planning to collection of funds from decoration to the immersion. Was it fun! In every sense of the term yes!

| Week 30 - Daughter Diary |
Ridhima has completed her 30th week today and we are still trying to introduce her to the solid food. We had a horrible time yesterday when she puked helplessly. She appeared weak and fragile when I reached home. Today also she looked pale even after she was pretty excited to see me at the door. I do not know if this has something to do with her new teeth starts to appear. The good thing about the week was the vaccination got completed and we managed to cover the gap of months. It was painful for her for the initial 2 days when she grew feverish and all but she recovered fast after that.

She keeping her grand parents occupied. Mom has taught her some tricks and they are very comfortable playing with each other. The one new thing worth mentioning here is the way now she grabs things. It becomes impossible to open grip when she holds on to something. She has learnt to tease her mom as well. Rinku almost screams with pain when she deliberately chews on her nipples. The most painful thing is her tiny tooth is now visible. Her love for electronic products is only growing all because it shines and she finds it to be worth trying.

She had been to the shopping many times now but this Sunday was special as she could now sit in the trolley making our lives easier. She was all the more curious about the things she saw in there and could grab packets off the shelves. It was fun.
