Week 28 - Daughter Diary

It was decided that we will start feeding something else other than her mother's milk. The discussion itself went on for two days- Rinku, Mom and I were ready with this idea but papa had a different view. He wants her to continue with the way things are moving. We were able to convince him though. Ridhima had her first outside food day before yesterday. It was obviously not a happy scene- she was reluctant to swallow the milk paste and threw out repeatedly. Rinku somehow fed her a couple of spoons and we took a sigh of relief. Yesterday it was fine, I think she needs to get accustomed to it.

Here she comes after finishing her daily chorus to see me working on my laptop. She loves electronic products specially things that shines or has some sort of display. All she wants to do is to go close to the object grab it with her tiny fluffy hands, open her toothless mouth and take a bite. That's it. One more things that she does adorably well is to stare at us when we eat anything. 

Week 28- Daughter Diary

Mom has been trying to teach her how sing and clap and all she has learnt in the last 20 days is to smile naughtily at her song and move her hands frantically as if clapping. There are two kinds of sounds she makes the first when she is happy and the other when she is irritated. Both kinda looks similar but her mom could recognize it from a far. God only knows what chemistry they have developed.
